The design of Ford’s latest version of the 1.0L EcoBoost petrol engine has changed significantly from the original EcoBoost.

Gone is the oil wetted cam belt drive, the latest design is chain driven which means that the engine timing tools have also changed.

Ford applications include: C-Max (from 2017), Focus (from 2018), Transit Connect (from 2017), Puma (from 2019) Fiesta (from 2017).

• Engine applications: engine codes: B7DA, B3DA.
• Kit includes VVT locking tools equivalent to OEM 303-1661, 303-1661/1 & 303-1661/2. Includes VVT camshaft sprocket socket.
